Oats Banana Smoothie

Another energy packed breakfast, when you are short of time in the morning..


Milk - 3 cups
Oats - 1/2 cup
Honey - 2 tbsp
Ripe banana - 1
Nuts - toast  & grind in the small jar of the mixie
   Almonds - 6-8
   Walnuts - 5-6
   Cashew - 3-4
Raisins - 10-12


Boil 2 cups of milk with oats until the oats is cooked. Allow it to cool.
Once cooled, blend the oats mixture with honey, thinly sliced banana & the third cup of milk.
Pour into a tall glass and add in the ground nuts & raisins.
Give a gentle mix & serve warm...
